The Art of Listening & Why We All Suck at It
Posted: September 14, 2016/Under: Personal Development
Listening is an art form, yet all of us suck at it.
Some people suck less than others, but we all suck at it because we simply don’t care or give a damn. We’re either too consumed with ourselves or don’t want to put in the necessary effort to be a good active listener for each and every interaction we have over the course of a day.
This episode examines why we’re all so terrible at listening and what two things we can do to improve.
